Five Warrior clans inhabit the ocean-side territories - FalconClan, StormClan, SandClan, StreamClan, and the evil and conniving BlackClan. BlackClan has been fighting its wars like usual, but has lain dormant for long enough. Soon, the evil clan will explode in a frenzy of lies and murder, setting the four other clans against each other. Four kits, three leaders, two deputies, one medicine cat, and countless warriors and apprentices will perish in vain. Only one cat in the center of the turmoil - in BlackClan itself - can help stop the slaughter, along with the comical yet deadly schemes of a few creative kits. But these cats may not succeed, and hate may rule the forest forever.
Will BlackClan succeed in its deadly plot to conquer the forest, or will the quiet but determined forces of good corrode them from within and push them back? The destiny of the clans lies in your hands.
